Fill out the FAFSA for free money.
Go down to the Welfare office. They will help out with more than what you think when it comes to school.
Since you’re a single mother FAFSA will definitely give you a big grant. Especially when you say you bounce around from house to house.
Don’t wait!!!
Is there any financial assistants in addition to financial aid that will help me through college?
First of all, I want to start off with stating that I live in Texas. (I know that each state has different laws and assistance) I am a single mother and I have been taking my basics at a jr. college part time. I have a full time job that by the way pays very little. After completing my basics, which will be in a year, I would like to transfer to a university and attend classes full time. I was wondering if anyone knows of any other grants or government monies that will assist me in supporting myself in addition to financial aid. Financial aid covers my educational expenses but I will need further help with other expenses such as gas and rent for example. I do plan to get a loan to help some but if there is any government assistance that I may qualify for I would like to apply for it. I am very stressed about my situation and I will be very thankful for any help and/or advise. Thank you.
universities.atwebpages.com – it has detailed info how to apply for financial aid and scholarships to get more cash.
Am i elligible for any student scholarships, loans, or grants?

Ok heres the deal. I just moved to Tennessee from Texas to be with my girlfriend and just graduated highschool so started college here. I’m living on my own working two jobs and am attending college part time. I am a minority and had a single mother who was owed thousands in child support from my father. I have an old truck and am in serious need of money to help negate school and living expenses. Also if my truck goes ill be sinking deeper than i already was. I had a 2.75GPA in highschool and scored a composite 29 on my ACT. Thanks for your help
